Withdrawal & Refunds

1. Scope

These notices apply to contracts for digital services of Hassolux (Bissolux L.L.C.).

2. B2B Notice

For business customers, no statutory consumer withdrawal right applies. Contractual cancellation and term rules apply.

3. Consumer Withdrawal Right (B2C)

If you are a consumer and conclude a paid distance contract, you may have a statutory withdrawal right under applicable consumer law unless a legal exception applies.

4. Refund Policy

To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable after charge. Mandatory consumer rights, including valid withdrawal cases, remain unaffected.

5. Trial Period

The 14-day trial ends automatically and does not auto-convert to a paid plan. A paid subscription starts only after active booking.

6. Cancellation Deadlines for Paid Plans

Monthly plans: cancellable at the end of the current billing period. Yearly plans: cancellable with 30 days' notice before term end.

7. How to Exercise Withdrawal (Consumers)

To exercise withdrawal, send a clear declaration by email to info@bissolux.com, including your name, contract/order details, and withdrawal request.
